I’m Andrew Singer, an experienced Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach based in Los Angeles, California. I founded PRMRY Health because I’m extremely passionate about helping my clients get stronger, move better, and meet their health and fitness goals.
After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Westmont College in 2014, I spent nearly 10 years working in both physical therapy clinics and in personal training roles before starting my own company.
At PRMRY, I work closely with each new client to deliver custom programs tailored to their individual fitness and recovery goals. My approach to physical fitness is all-encompassing—I believe that being healthy is not just about getting stronger, but also about improving mobility and better understanding (and listening to) your own body. Ultimately, it’s a part of a larger lifestyle shift that I aim to help all of my clients achieve.
In-Person Sessions
If you’re based in Los Angeles, let’s workout together! We’ll kick things off with an intro session, where we’ll walk through your health and fitness goals and I’ll design a completely personalized workout just for you. In these private sessions, I’m able to provide coaching, encouragement, form corrections, and more to take your training program to the next level. Available in 1:1, 2:1, or small group settings.

Virtual reality more your thing? No problem! I coach clients from all over the globe via engaging Zoom sessions, designed to fit into your day anywhere, at any time.
Remote coaching clients also gain access to custom programs and guided tutorials to inspire workouts outside of our sessions, making it easy to stay active while on the go.
